The Berry Hill area now advertises itself as a Design District, but the Sears Outlet has been a mainstay on Thompson Lane for years. Find a large assortment of in-stock models of all appliances that you can take with you as you pay (as opposed to waiting a week for delivery from a warehouse store. Some are more dented than others.

Great selection and prices on returned or slightly damaged merchandise. Sales staff can be stretched thin during busy times but the savings make up for it.

This is an outlet store, so you have to dig around. Some of the appliances are damaged or have other issues. But if you have the time to walk the whole store you can fine some good deals.

We've bought several appliances here over the years and have been very pleased. Most of the time they have minor damage (scratch, dent, etc) and are discounted significantly.

This is a good outlet store. Has lots of appliances and lawn equipment. Employees are always nice and helpful

This is the worse place to shop every I purchased a dishwasher from them in may of 2014 it was a defective item so they pick the item up and let me come in and get another for that one to be defective as well they wouldn't refund me my money until the dishwasher was picked up, but they kept cancelling and reschedule my pick up time for months until I stopped making appointments and had to demand my refund after going to this store over 10 about the same issue. Here is is August and they still haven't picked up or Uninstaller the dishwasher. The only positive thing I can say is I purchased a stove and refrigerator from them and haven't had any problems out of those items at all, but I still don't recommend this place at all Sears left a bad name for me.

Do not buy ANYTHING from Sears Outlet. Very dissatisfied with the service I received from this store. They sold me a defective washer that flooded half of my apt the first time I used it. This is a clear return and refund. Sears has a third party pick up the item and before I can get my refund that third party has to sell the product BACK to Sears before I can get MY money back. Why would a transaction between Sears and a third party stop me from getting my refund? Awful. I will never shop at this store again and hope to stop anyone else from shopping there.
