Joseph was great while doing my service. He provided excellent communication. Listed all the things he did and gave pictures since I wasn't home at the time. Thank you !

The appointment was scheduled at my convenience and in a timely manner. Gustavo listened to our needs and treated the appropriate surfaces, explaining how the treatment was to work and for how long it was to be effective. He suggested that for any further wasp treatments I may need, to contact Aptive when the weather warms, as it's more likely to result in direct contact with the wasps so he could eliminate them when they were present.

Roy was very friendly, knowledge and gave me peace of mind that our home and yard is bug-free! We were very happy with his visit.

Airolg P. set up services via phone due to me being at work. He was courteous and professional, not like the average salesman. This was the initial visit LaDarrius Williams was very knowledgeable of the product he used and of his job. He was very professional and explained each step of the treatment process. He answered all my questions and he explained in depth. I feel like my home will be be forever bug free using Aptive for pest control services. I was truly impressed with the services provided at an affordable price.

They are always thorough and listen to our concerns and explain the procedure and what to expect.

The only thing I did not like that the technician rush through the process on the outside sales rep said they will spray for fleas in the yard but he did not spray he only sprayed the outside perimeter of the house and he dusted that was it I am a new customer and he only put one rat box Out On my property

Promptly and efficiently took care of spraying the yard. Very polite associate of the company who represented them well. Thank you for taking care of my yard.

Isiah came out last week and did our first pest control with Aptive. I was very impressed by his professionalism. He took the time to talk about the bugs he was treating for and hit all of the areas I was concerned about. I definitely want Isiah to always service our home.

Ivan W. did a great job going above and beyond for our routine quarterly visit. Not only did he look for answers when he didn't immediately have them, he came back with solutions! He also pulled our ladder out and took down a flood light for us that had a wasp nest attached to ensure there would be no more "guests" moving in. Great job!

Callie and Cody came and did our initial service today. They were on time, professional, and thorough. Can’t wait for the treatment to get to work and our bugs to leave!

This business is absolutely unreasonable with terrible customer service. We were told by our salesman and the service manager Mathew that the sale of our house would terminate our agreement. Now Aptive will not honor that. We have not owned the house for 4 months and are receiving emails, phone calls and rude interactions from Mike the branch manager. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. They have an attitude of "our way or else" and will not honor what their employees have already told you.

Mr. Coffey was very professional and friendly. Helpful with all questions and seemed to do a thorough job. I look forward to having him back next quarter!

Today was our second service date with Aptive. Derek was our service pro. He was very friendly & knowledgeable & when there was a certain pest problem I showed him & he didn't know the answer to he got on the phone with his supervisor & found out how to solve to problem. So far we are very pleased with Aptive's service. I would recommend them for your pest problems.
