Love the doctor but she needs new help. Dr. Jerkins is extremely knowledgeable and I always felt comfortable with her. She listens and is willing to try new things based on my feelings not just my test results. The staff is hit or miss. They seem to have trouble taking my blood having to poke my veins several times, and recently they have had long wait times and issues with scheduling. I left several messages to have someone call me back to schedule my annual appointment and never could get through. Finally had to go to my general doctor to continue my care.

Dr Jerkins is top of the line when it comes to diabetes. The bestDr I have ever had as an adult and she doesn't take any stuff you do right or go home.lol! All jokes aside she's the best

Top notch doctor. She is extremely intelligent and takes her time with her patients. She has even called me at home to see how I was doing. I have been a patient of hers for about 20 + years and she has saved me many times when other doctors didn't have a clue. Only bad thing is some of her office staff is lacking in curtsy and efficiency.

I called her office seven times, they never answered the phone, never returned my calls, my son's diabetes worsened while I was trying to contact them.

Dr. J is one of a kind. She knows her stuff. She treats each person as an individual. She saved my life! She corrected the mistakes another doctored made. I trust this doctor with my life! I recommend her to anyone with an endocrine problem. Thank you Dr. J for all you do for the human race. glo
