I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I had a color mishap (my roots were colored burgundy while the rest is almost blond) with my hair and called to make an appt. to have it fixed. Ms. Chesney was so rude to me on the phone that I decided to just cut ties and find another salon. #terriblecustomerservice

This is a great place to get an inexpensive salon service. The manicure and pedicure prices are especially reasonable.

I didn't know this was a school, it was more like a high end salon. The students and staff were very professional. I also found out it is endorsed by Redken and I see why. This is where I would want my child to go to school!!!! Hannah did my hair and I found out she moved here from IL.to go to this school.

Just an ok haircut at a high dollar price. Ended up paying $82 after shampoo, haircut, highlights, eyebrow wax and style. Oh, and asked if I would be ok leaving with my hair wet. Students were friendly but complained about the teaching staff and management. Keep it to yourself in front of the customers. My regular salon is much cheaper and the staff is nicer. Not sure why everyone seems so mean. All in all they did not meet my expectations for a salon school as it's so pricey. My hair was just ok, but could have lived without the toner that was recommended, to find out at the checkout it was $25 and almost the same price as the color. Don't waste your time or your money.
