This company has installed two AC units at two different properties for me. I shopped around with the first unit and they beat everyone's prices. The second unit was $2000 cheaper than my neighbor's unit that was the same size and brand. They installed the units next day. One special thing to tell you about this company is the time they take with you. I have had the first unit since 2007 without any problems and the second unit for a few months without any problems. This company doesn't try to take your money and run. They tell you what you need and/or don't need. I had one company try to sell duct work with the unit, and when I asked Tom about it, he told me it wasn't needed. It's hard to find individuals like this. I have my AC guy for life!
