Urgent Visa to Russia? Ladan is the BEST!!! Russian visa requirements are very complicated and confusing, but have no fear. They do the job, making sure all the Ts are crossed and i's are dotted and the best at what they do. We've been going there on 4 times so far, using them and they always very professional and never had problem. Sure, they are so good at what they do and very well known so they stay VERY busy, so at times the phone waits can be lengthy as well as office visits. We were in danger of missing our very expensive cruise trip but they made it happen. Cris was extremely helpful as well. I wouldn't trust anybody but Ladan and Ambassador with my sensitive documents and travel requirements. I would strongly encourage you to use this company for all your passport/visa needs. They are up front with you about everything and if they say they can do something they always deliver. One less thing you have to worry about!!

Terrible place. I lost $800 because they promised me a deadline and failed to make it. The ladies there will tell you that they will call you back and never do. I recommend going elsewhere. Don't trust these people with you passport or visa. They want your money and that is it.

They went above and beyond for me. I didn't realize my passport had expired, it was the Holiday and I needed it in 24 hours… Well, they did it!!! Professional, courteous, and know how to deliver!!! They Rock! Thank You Ladan!!!

This people charges $65 per hour + a lot of dollar in gas, just to be the middle man. Ripoff!

Our Travel Agency is a nationwide franchise, however headquartered out of Los Angeles, and we frequently need a dependable and reliable Passport and Visa Services Company to help with the processing (and exepediting) our clients' US Passports and Travel Visas. Ambassador has done all of that and more for us. We recently had an executive needing to get a Passport Renewal and a Brazil Visa in 6 days and Ambassador Passport went above and beyond and delivered as promised. They have also been able to assist us with our out-of-state clients. It doesn't really matter where a person is located, they basically can handle anybody on a nationwide basis. Their website usually has all the information and is very user friendly. I just wanted to thank Ambassador Passport and Visa Services and it's staff for always coming through for us, even when we've asked the impossible. I strongly recommend them to anybody that wants professional, courteous, and dependable service! They are a pleasure to deal with.

Ambassador passport saved the day for me! My daughter's class is going to Paris for spring break. The trip is in three weeks, and I realized her passport was expired! Yes, I know I am a world class procrastinator, but mine hadn't expired, so I didn't realize hers was. Anyway, I paid 3800.00 for this field trip, and she had no passport. The tour company started really leaning on me. They were saying that due to stricter international travel rules, they needed her passport number to confirm her reservations before the "2 week" mark, or they were going to cancel her trip (while keeping most of the money). You can only imagine how much fun there would have been at my house if all her friends were in France, and she was sitting here sulking like only a 15 yr old girl can. Between losing the money, and earning my daughters eternal hatred... I was desperate!!! I called Ambassador Passport, and they swore I could get the passport in 3 days or even less. I decided to give it a try... I mean what's another couple hundred dollars when I was already losing 3800.00 .... Right? Well, we went in on Friday afternoon... And 5 days later... My daughter has her passport! Just in time!!! Sure there's a little running around ( you have to go to a notary down the road, and the post office down the road, then bring them back the sealed envelope). Yes, it cost me $185.00 more than if I had done it myself.... But that 185.00 saved me 3800.00 and my sanity! I don't know how they did it, and frankly I couldn't give a damn! It's done, and that's all I care about! I would recommend them to anyone. I only cared that it was done when they said it would be, and it was. They were kind, professional, and kept their word to me. In my book, if they can't do it, then it probably can't be done.

These guys are a great Los Angeles based passport and visa agency. I had a problem where I neglected to renew my passport when it expired and sure enough I called to leave to country. So I looked around and saw that having a passport rushed was very pricey and I wanted to make sure things went perfect or else I would of been in a bad spot. So I came across AAA Passport and Visa Services and they did a fantastic job, every one was so helpful and got me in and our of there fast.



I would highly recommend them to any one requiring a passport or visa need.
