Unfortunately they are extremely unreliable and have very poor communication skills. I had so much trouble even getting service dispatched, even though I was promised certain dispatch times twice, that I can't even comment on what type of work the technician are actually capable of. If it is anything like their office workers or dispatch group, who obviously lie and are very self serving, I would not trust their work either. These people are not in business to serve the community or be helpful in the slightest.
