GAMA just sent us a technician on Thursday for a tenant of mine. The furnace needed a new blower motor. Their technician was very courteous and thorough and to the point. Told me exactly what needs to be done and how much it is. But he also told me that if this is his home, he would not fix it any more, as the unit has passed its life expectancy. He said, if I cannot afford it, he can fix it anyways and I would have a "No Regrets" Service warranty which means I have 30 days after it is fixed to decide to replace the unit with GAMA and all the repairs cost will be credited towards the new installation. Yes... even the labor. I just decided to replace it. They immediately had it replaced the same day and finished by 8:00PM at night so my tenant has heat the next day. I am extremely happy with their response and workmanship.

Poor service and poor communication. The worst experience w/ an a/c company so far. Never again...call someone else for your own good.

We had two properties that needed work on the heating system. I contacted a company that had more reviews on YP and they gave us nonsensical bids and a pretty rude technician.



Gama personnel have been professional, helpful and on the money. We are very satisfied with their performance. They will be working on all our HVAC problems.
