If I could give a zero I would. Do not use hall of fame Mobil grooming. Extremely unprofessional and dirty. She arrived an hour early for her 3 appointments at one location without a call or text. My mom asked her to pick up a tissue on the ground so her dog wouldn't chew it up And eat it. The groomer then went off on my mom and refused service for questioning her motives. She refused to appogoize and was very childish. I would not trust your dog with her, I know we aren't. She claims she was approved by the government to work right now during the covid 19 virus shutdown and I would be shocked if that’s true!
