I have not used their services but my wife had a very disturbing incident with their workers this past week. While walking our 8 month son one of their workers made racial remarks to my wife. I was not present and my wife was alone to defend herself against two of their workers. In the spirit of tolerance and diversity if you find this to be a trend, stop supporting this business.

Had my pool remodeled in December 2012 by Hixon. After the work was started, I was told it would cost an additional $3000 to finish. The remodel was completed satisfactory. But there was a leak that was to be fixed and was not done. It is now almost April 2013 and it is still not fixed. The owner has been sick, the weather is too cold, etc. I will have to hire another company to fix the leak so my kids can enjoy the pool.

Never finished the job and left me a mess. Made appointments and never showed up

Hixon Pool Repair and Supply did a fantastic job replacing my pool pump. Their friendly repair man replaced the pump quickly and professionally. When another pool company caused a leak in our system and couldn't find it, we had to call Hixon Pool Repair to find and fix the leak. Their professional workers show up on time and do a great job!
