July 31, 2016 Majestic Maids came to my home before I put it on the market I was told I would need a deep cleaning they Charged me $360.00 for a deep cleaning all I got was ripped off! 3 people only did 2 bathrooms, vacuumed the bedrooms and cleaned the stove in 4 hours, and then wanted to charge me an additional $175 to come back for another 2 hours what a joke! this was a deep cleaning alright but not of my home but my pocketbook. Don't waste your time

Majestic Maids accommodated me right before the holidays when I was in need of cleaning services! They arrived on time and began services immediately. All staff members were polite, courteous, and efficient. I would absolutely use majestic maids again for residential cleaning services and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking such services!

I tried Majestic Maids for the first time this month, I have never had a cleaning company before, and I didn't know what to expect. I was VERY PLEASANTLY surprised! My house looked and smelled AWESOME! My kitchen and bathrooms needed the most attention and they were sparkling! I am thrilled and can't wait for them to come over again next month! My deployed husband will be thrilled!

Majestic Maids has been cleaning my on a monthly basis since April. The cleaning team is fantastic. I swear my bathtub has never been so clean! Majestic Maids is responsive, on-time, and very professional. I love coming home to a clean, fresh home. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and colleagues.

I recently used Majestic Maids to clean my parent's home and they exceeded any and all expectations I could have had for them. First of all, my parents are elderly and my mom is totally disabled which meant they literally had to clean "around" my mother. They were very considerate and empathetic to her needs, as well as making some great organizational suggestions for her room. Taking their age into account, there were several areas that they took upon themselves to pay special attention to, knowing my parents would be unable to reach those areas. With my schedule, I'm unable to clean for my parents weekly :however, just knowing how thorough and how they take the time to clean every nook & cranny really alleviates stress for me. My mother can be extremely particular and she's STILL talking about what a great job Majestic Maids did for them. Of course after knowing all of this, I had to hire them on a bi-weekly basis. Not only were the girls friendly and efficient, they are pet friendly as well. Now I spend quality time with my parents instead of cleaning when I'm there.

I had a great experience with Majestic Maids. I used them to clean my new home before we moved in. Jamie and her team were timely and left everything spotless. There were layers of dust covering the cabinets along with grime in tucked away places. The team made sure that everything was gone. Now I can move my family into a house that I know is truly clean from the ceiling to the floor.

I bought an online coupon for two hours of cleaning. My kitchen was a complete mess and hadn't been that thoroughly cleaning in years. My cleaning specialist was friendly and my kitchen was spotless when she left. She even found new places for me to store a couple of odds and ends.

First of all, Jamie was so easy to communicate with. She was so accommodating of my schedule and preferences. They did a deep clean on my home and it is sparkling now. They really went above and beyond cleaning the kitchen. Not a single crumb remains anywhere which is saying something since I have a toddler! Also, both women were so friendly. They wasted no time, just got right to work. I'll be arranging a reoccurring cleaning once a month with Majestic Maids. Very reasonable prices too.

In the construction industry ,completing our projects with integrity and meeting deadlines are everything.What stood out and impressed my team the most was the constant professionalism in which Majestic Maids staff maintained through out the entire project.In the past,we have contracted other well-known cleaning companies and unfortunately the professionalism was not the same and /or other cleaning agencies completed work well beyond time deadlines.Therefore we highly recommend Majestic Maids.

I am always gone from my home for days at a time on business so cleaning doesn't really fit into my hectic schedule. Finding someone that I trust to come into my home and do my ccleaning for me has been a true struggle for me. I was referred to majestic maids by a family friend and decided to give them a try. Not only do they clean my house spotless but they are so flexible and easy to work with. They work around my schedule and are professional. I honestly probably will never clean my own home again its just so worth it to have them do it. I've tried other services but I am happy with this one.

I loved the customer service. The owner personally came to my home for the cleaning with another associate. They were both very professional, neat and clean. The cleaning was spectacular they didn't miss a spot!! After the cleaning she did a walk thru. Asked me were there any areas I would liked touched up. I had NO complaints!! I have had trouble in the past with other cleaning companies not doing a good job. NOT majestic maids! I would recommend this company to any of my family or friends! I am a extremely busy and have no time to get anything done. Once talking to Jamie on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. On the day of service she was running late. Although she called, I was still annoyed. I must say, "It was worth the wait"! She had my house Spic 'n Span and smelling good.

The customer service was phenominal. I really appreciate how readily available Jamie was to our needs. Her and her partner had a very positive attitude. I would recommend their services to anyone. I loved how Jamie asked "temperature check" type questions just to make sure that we were satisfied with her work. She is also was very resourceful in giving great advise about how we can better our house. I can tell that she has been in the housing business for a while, based on the amount of knowledge and credibility that she had.
