The Velveteen Rabbit is a beautiful store, and their customer service rivals any. I found a rocker glider for my nursery that is functional, chic, and by far my favorite (and most used) baby product I've bought or been given. They were so helpful and patient with me as I labored over which fabric and style to choose.

I went into the store and was politely welcomed by the owner, Diane.I went in looking for a very unique crib, but with reasonable prices and found EXACTLY what I was looking for. I had already been to several differnent baby furniture stores, like Babies R Us and Pottery Barn and they did not compare to the quality of furniture or level of customer service that I received at The Velveteen Rabbit before and after my purchase. My husband and I ended up getting the glider as well as the changing table/dresser from there as well! We couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase our furniture from her store. If you are looking for beautiful baby furniture from a long time family owned business, this is the place to go! Exceptional customer service!!
