The worst company to have! You will have a big increase every year, it was nearly $700 for us. Next year again an increase. Beware. We do not recommend.

This Company is in the habit of just charging fee whenever they feel the need I started a contract with them at 75.00 flat they said, well it is now 101.00, I have called and tried to reduce the size of the 2 yard dumpster since we do not have a lot of waste, most weeks the dumpster is empty, I was told the only other smaller size they had was 1 yard and quoted me a price of 80.00 dollars plus fees and another 2 years on the contract! do not get hooked with their initial price, they WILL increase it without warning and just tell you to read the contract! I would give them minus three stars if I could!

I contracted WSI for 1 year and experienced a surge in total bill from $74.40 to $103.73 basically in extra "fees". I called them and was told that they are going through upgrades and the cost is passed down to the client. I went over the contract and your "fees" can triple without notice should they deem necessary. It has taken me 2 months to close the account and on the contract it stated $75 Container Removal which ends up being $114.04 after their "fees". Many times the service "missed" my property and I had to make countless calls to the sales rep (always voicemail and never returned calls) and customer service. I was never even offered a consecutive pickup to take the accumulated garbage. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

these people are professional scammers and will try to tell you that you can not leave their contract. But its lie: their contract is very illegal and no judge will support them. They kept missing pick ups and double the bill w/o any notices in less than two years. Then when They refused to bring it back to the previous rate by keep passing messages and callbacks around they threathen me. so i sued them and won. don't listen to anything they say about damages and so forth. Just stay way

I would have given this company less than one star if it were possible. This is the most dishonest company. They removed one of my two trash containers a few months ago without informing me. Their bill stayed the same, so I didn't realize it until I kept receiving violations from the City for excess trash on the property. When I found out what they did, I called repeatedly to ask them to put the container back. They kept transferring me to a "black hole voicemail" and refuse to return calls or bring back the container. All they do effectively is keep sending the same bills for services they are not providing. Thieves!!!

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! IT'S LIKE SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THE DEVIL! Once you sign the 3 yr. contract, it's very complicated to get them to cancel it and they will renew it for another 3 years, without your consent. In order to cancel you have to send a certified letter, "no later than 60 days but no more than 180 days prior to the expiration of the contract or renewal term." Customer service is non existent, they won't return calls and when you do speak to someone they talk down and treat you like dirt. There are plenty of other companies to do business with, forget this one or you'll be sorry.
