What happened to a groomer named Missy a few years back I heard she was wonderful. it was around 2010.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- this is the 3rd time I have TRIED using their service- the first time the guy kept calling: he had an inncident- was running late- finally more than an hr later I calles the owner and sd forget it- She called me back promised this WAS NOT how her company did business and asked for a second chance- I sd: OK every one deserves a 2nd chance! Well 2nd time the guy was still late buy only by 30 mins- he did a good job grooming ONLY thing is he gave our Yorkie a "POODLE TAIL" you know with the "ball" on the end???? Only she isnt a poodle NOR did it look like a ball!
Called a wk ago to make another appt. 11-11:30 arrival time- 11:15 I get a call........ had another inncident! Cant make it today BUT will try and find someone- 45 mins later with NO call back- I called and found another place!
50 mins later he called to inform me no one was returning his calls SO it looked liked my dogs wld NOT be getting groomed!!!! NOW not ONLY did my dogs not get groomed BUT it wasted our whole morning waiting around!! I refuse to even give them 1-star! BUT had to give atleast 1 in order to post! :(

Very good mobile grooming service. My dog Hono was so happy he was ready to walk himself.Friendly customer service and polite.

I am from out of town and had to use the yellow pages app to find a groomer for my standard poodle. The service was superb and I couldn't be more pleased. I've never had mobile grooming before, but Dirty Dog has converted me. Thanks David for a great job.

There is no doubt in my mind that You Dirty Dog LV has the best service, grooming staff and results in this whole county! My Lhasa Apso, Zoey, was poorly handled before and she was very unhappy, making me unhappy as well. Now, she has a bright, happy, and healthy look to her and she is also no longer afraid of being groomed. What a transformation!!! She is adorable, huggable and wants to prance, dance and romance all who see her. Her self-esteem has returned, and so has her easy going, friendly spirit. Special thanks go to Devon and Ro who made my hairy and tangled Zoey into a beauty queen! She still wears her bandana like a tiara on Miss America. I even referred two clients to you, both ladies have shih-tzus, and they are also thrilled with their new groomers and the appearance of little Macy and her soul mate, Champ. these groomers are wonderful. I have been using You Dirty Dogs for about a year, and have had two different groomers. They both did an awesome job cleaning up my wild cocker spaniel. I would recommend to anyone, these groomers know what they are doing!!!

This is a great mobile grooming business. Most of the mobile dog groomers I have tried in Vegas turned out to be kinda ghetto, but you dirty dog has changed my opinion on mobile dog grooming. they are always on time, always cheery, and they make my dog look great.

I will continue using You Dirty Dog as long as I have my my dog. They were a little late the first time I used them, but the groomer called me to let me know she was running late, which I found very considerate. My dog HATES car rides, so getting him into the van proved difficult, but Missy, our groomer, helped out a lot in calming my German Shepard/rottweiler mix down. He is a huge dog, but her and her daughter managed to get him into the van without any accidents. I was impressed!! I left the rest up to them, and they managed to bathe and blow dry him and they could even clip his toenails without hurting him. that's a first. highly recommend giving them a try. if you don't like'em, go with someone else.

This Groomer is Awesome!!! Very Professional...and has no attitude....I will always use them as long as I live in Vegas. My female Westie would shiver and moan every time I took her in the car to the groomer...But this experience of coming to the home took all the anxiety away..They cut her perfectly...She looks Wonderful!!!.They are polite on the phone and very caring also.
