Located in a recycled textile mill, Circa is a treasure of vintage clothing and funky style. Chris the owner has an extraordinary selection of vintage clothes, shoes, hats and accessories that covers at least one hundred years of styles. He was very helpful in assisting me with costumes for a theatre production. His shop is colorful and welcoming.
