As far as I'm concerned, every time that I have visited Lorraine's Spa Salon, my customer service and appointments have been the best I've ever received. I've received every treatment that they have available, and I haven't a single complaint. All of the technicians are very well trained and friendly. I've never been burnt or scarred with any of my waxing, and I've never been unhappy with any of my hair treatments. And to read the comments provided by various people on this site, it's come to my attention that people just need to realize that everyone might have a bad day, and to get over themselves. You went there for one service. Stop bashing the whole business. I'd recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to come here for a wonderful experience.

Had the WORST waxing of my life at this salon. I was severely burned, had torn skin, was at a high risk for infection, and now (after more than a week) I'm worried about scarring. Upon calling to complain, I was told I could only have half of my payment back, and when I arrived at the salon and demanded my full payment, I was taken into a back room by the owner and lectured, and told "not to come back", she was "uncomfortable with the concept of waxing", and ridiculously rude. I am considering calling the Health Department. Avoid this place at all costs-it's pretty, but the customer service was APPALLING.

James Pickrel did my haircut and put highlights in my hair and did a fantastic job. I went in intending to get a very simple cut so I could donate my hair after I'd been growing it for over two years. James not only was really supportive of my donation he was friendly and really handled my inexperience with salons well. He listened to what I had for suggestions and made some of his own. In the end I'm thrilled with my cut and the highlights (a first for me as I'd never had highlights). I will definitely be going back to Lorraine's and seeing James!

I've been here twice, once for a wax and once for a half day spa experience. Both times I was very pleased. The spa package included a facial that was amazing. The atmosphere was very relaxing and everyone was friendly. I have already scheduled my next visit
