I have been going to this salon for many years and there now has been new management that has taken over but they have done a world of difference to this salon. It is beautiful and very relaxing and the stylist are absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this salon because the service is great and the prices are also very reasonable.

So my girl friends had been trying to talk me into getting a Brazilian & I've been deathly scared. I came to the salon because the prices are good, & the Brazilian was promised not to take over 30 min. But the Estetician Riya told me it could take 45min since it was my first one. The waxing room was beautiful. Riya was awesome. I've since been to a salon out in Charlotte and the girl there had NOTHING on Riya!! Plus Riya's personality was the best. I'm definitely a regular now. Plus they have a $30 Brazilian touch up I get every 2 weeks. AWESOMENESSSS :)

I have gone to European Hair for two years now. Once a week for shampoo/blowdry, once a month for color. Various times for waxings, facials, and massages. I work a full-time job, so I want to enjoy my free time. I am not rich. But I choose to spend my money here where there are caring, helpful people that I enjoy being around. Here there are people who work hard, and enjoy doing a great job. I am always pleased with the job they do on my hair. I just walked in off the street, and became a regular customer. Because when I leave there, I feel like my hair looks good, and my spirit has been refreshed from being around caring, thoughtful people. My hair has been cut by all who work there, and they are all very good stylists This is a unique place, well deserving of its title salon and spa. Their desire is to do a great job. The facials and massages there are wonderful, too. I think they do a marvelous job!

I had an appointment for a cut and color. At first, I really liked the stylist, Lesley. ..... Until a walk in came in to request her services after reading a review of Lesley on the internet. The stylist then rushed through my appointment almost forgetting to cut my hair. I had to remind her. She never referred to the photo I had shown her. My hair was cut in less than 5 minutes and it is awful and nothing like I wanted. Then, I was pushed off to an assistant (on her first day) for a blow dry and style. She had no clue what she was doing and couldnt operate the dryer. It took her 45 min to dry my hair and it looked horrible. There were 3 other stylists just sitting around during this time, and no one assisted her. After the walk in was finished, Lesley returned to examine my hair. I told her I hated the haircut and she said that I would just have to wait for it to grow out. The owner is pushy and rude. I paid $170 for my color and cut which are both not at all what I asked for. I have asked for a refund and was denied. I have reported them to the BBB. Please do not go to this salon. You will leave unhappy and broke
