I was quoted $270 for a procedure which I paid for at the time of the procedure. I received a bill later for $260 and was told that I should have known it was just an estimate and that $530 was the actual cost of the procedure.



I may pay this but you will lose my future business and the business of everyone I can tell about these deceptive practices.

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Vicente and his staff for the great experience my family and I had at their office. They use the latest technology and made our dentist visit quick and painless. Alexandria cleaned our 3 year old son's teeth, and I couldn't believe how good she was with kids. She found a way to make him cooperate, and even find it fun to get his teeth clean! Great staff, great facility! I would highly recommend this group to my family and friends! Keep up the good work.

Very disappointed at this practice. Our visit was actually pleasant, and we were happy with their service, however, we had a lot of trouble with billing. I have a very good insurance (never ever had problems with them paying), but NFD billing department could never get it together! I kept being charged for a simple dentist exam (which is always included in a cleaning), only for not putting the right code. It took a lot of my time, and efforts to deal between them and my insurance. My insurance kept saying that the service was covered but that they needed the right code. Even my insurance called NFD to give them the codes they could use and still the wrong code was submitted! After 7 months of going back and forth with the bill and trying to have them submit the right code, I decided to pay so I did not end up in any collection agency, but I definitely warrant people going thereyou might end up paying for something you are entitled to, just because their billing department can not get
