A special shout out to Gary Sawyer. He went above and beyond to locate some magnetic decals that came off when my car was washed.
Everything is great except that after the service I waited a little bit longer because an employee told me that they're looking for my keys. It was misplaced? How?

I just bought a Ptius pk5 here. From start to finish my eperience with the staff was very satisfying.The car runs like a dream and I got 50mpg on my first tank of gas. Many thanks to Kris Assad for helping me reserve this car, guiding me through the sale process and showing me arount the car. He was very courteous and informative and I was lucky to get him as a sales person. He even drove the car home for me.

By far the best service I have experienced with car buying/leasing. KRIS ASSAD - Internet Sales Manager, is the meaning of EXCELLENCE. He sold me the car over the phone. The paperwork I signed at the end of the day matched the exact numbers Kris quoted me over the phone. If you're like me and hate the hassle of buying or leasing from dealerships and don't want to waste your day arguing or negotiating, GO SEE KRIS ASSAD at No Ho Toyota. Kris is by far the most HONEST, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKING, PRETTY MUCH THE DEFINITION OF EXCELLENT SERVICE. i HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY. I love my brand new 2010 Camry, and thanks to Kris, not only can I afford the payments, I saved so much money, I can even buy him a nice Christmas gift. Go check it out, what do you have to lose?
