I've been going to this cleaners for 4 years and that never happened to me. The owner does have an accent but not too strong to not understand. I think they have the best prices around and they have pretty great service!

Poor customer service and communication. They do not speak English and have misplaced 2 items of mine, and received a sweater with holes in it. They did not offer compensation for the missing items and said that my shirt with the holes was ruined when it was dropped off. Recommend not to bring large amount of clothes at one time because they don't count or itemize the pieces appropriately. Will discontinue going here.
