It's always easier to post a complaint than a compliment. I have had excellent sevice from this business. The new location is convenient and not congested like the previous location. I have had various items that needed cleaning, pressing, altered, and repaired all done at a fair price and to my satisfaction. Alan L. in North Ogden.

0 Stars!!! Very disappointed in the service provided when I took a new, very black dress shirt there for pressing only. The shirt came back faded and melted from pressing it too hot. The collar was faded at all the seams and had a shiny blue tint where it was melted - same with both cuffs. The whole shirt looked horrible and old. The employee knew the shirt looked new when I brought it in there and confirmed it shouldh't look like that. It was sent back again and was cleaned and pressed again - all this did was make it worse. One of the managers did not stand behind their services and what was done wrong and tried to say it was because the shirt had a bad dye job. The shirt was ruined - I don't recommend using them.
