I've been using Don's for almost five years. My lawn is beautiful because of Don's weed and pest control. Charlie G treated my lawn today. Explained everything he was doing and ask if I had any questions. Super friendly and polite.

Terrible communication.  I requested a quote for treating my yard, was called on Feb 26 with a quote for either a 4 treatment plan or 7 treatment plan.  Was told treatment would be scheduled following week.  After no response, I called 3 weeks later and was promised treatment would be scheduled.  An application was finally done the next week TO FRONT YARD ONLY.  After several messages being left, was told by "Joe" the quote was for front yard only, back yard would be more.  I didn't request, nor was it noted, the quote was for only the front yard.  Have discontinued future services.

Scheduling first service was very easy and great job on first service. They returned calls bryan quickly and were very nice.
