Smith Brothers Heat & Air is the only hvac company my husband and I will ever use! Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air...just when our Oklahoma summer was in full force! I called numerous other companies and was disappointed to find out that many of their advertised prices were only applicable if you first signed up for a 'service plan.' We just needed someone to come out and assess our situation, not try to sell us something over the phone. Mr. Smith took my call personally and I knew immediately this was the right company for us. Mr. Smith himself came out and reviewed all of our options with us about repairing or replacing our unit, broke down pricing for all of our options, and guided us in the right direction - not pushy yet straight to the point.
