Made appointment going to treat my friend to a pedi. Got seated. They started my pedi first. Were seating other newer appointments starting their pedi and my friend still waiting. No one came to start hers until mine almost done? Excuse was newer customers had appointment took and then when pointed out not appropriate to do a later appointment before an earlier one excuse was that the new appointments were for shelac? If you can do schelac you can do plain polish right? So customers paying a few dollars more are more important? Offfered discount of 10 percent next visit. Notthinking there will be one!

I have used Mohegan Nail spa for all my Nail needs and really enjoyed my services there, However recently they have a new girl at the desk who is lacking at customer service needs. I arrived at 6:40 for a polish change was rushed out the door leaving my new OPI polish behind. I went back to retrieve my polish the next day and to see if they could fix my polish chip. The girl was very rude saying it's not her job to keep track of my polish, and told me that there would by a 15 to 20 min wait to fix my nail chip. Will no longer be using Mohegan.

This is the best place for $25 pedi with all the trimmings.

Very good place to go for manicures/pedicures, but usually quite busy. Call ahead for an appointment...

do an excellent job for the price, I have paid almost twice as much at spa's for the same treatment, my favorite place for a pedicure
