Their cleaning service is so so, but completely unreliable with their scheduling and customer service, and ultimately felt violated with my privacy and intrusion of personal space. They were listed on Craigslist and I like the idea of having more time with activites I enjoy on their website. They come across as very professional and I didn't mind paying a little more since it was a family business and thought I was going to get better service. Just like the other reviewer, the quality decreased each and every time. When I would talk to the owner, Jon (short, smooth- talker,smoker) he would reassure me it will change and i gave them a few more times and it did get better. However, I noticed a strange vibe with Jon and he became much more chatty and borderline flirt and he is married! And three times, I would notice some food missing in the refridgerator, sometimes I could smell some smoke (I'm a non-smoker) and I started noticing some of my personal items not in view (drawers and boxes) looked different. I had hidden cameras place in my bedroom and sure enough, I saw the owner going though my very private and personal belongings!! I terminated their services after that but did not disclose Jon's invasion to my privacy. I also fould out they are not licensed and bonded like Merry Maids. No items were stolen, besides food. So be very careful if you do hire them (especially if you are an attractive woman) and try to be present!!! Not the family values they claim at all!

There are 2 guys & 1 woman. They have left our floors sticky, beds unmade, and a aweful smell in our home. They are not consistant. They are never on time if they do show up. They claim their email and phones don't work all the time as their excuse. They start off your service claiming they will do over and above, then reduce that each and everytime they come to clean. They didn't call when they are running late, then when they finally answer their phones, they say they are on their way. Two hours later they never show and don't answer their phones. They overbook their schedules and have a huge lack of communication between the THREE of them. They have to reschedule too often and then the time and date they chose, they don't show up. They forgot they scheduled your cleaning. AWEFUL!!!! i wouldn't give them one star, but I have to click something.
