After visiting this business, I can understand the difficulty they have with phone calls, they are very busy. I found their in person service courteous and competent. Their prices are very reasonable and products as good as the competition. If you are displeased with the telephone service try their E-Mail, it worked for me.

Bar none this place is the worst and should be avoided. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 20 years in the automotive field and car restoration. They have screwed up my orders, screwed me on multiple occasions, and the manager is a complete boo b that has no clue. I doubt that he could find his way out of a paper bag; he is a smug dirtbag even when the customer is being completely professional.

need to fix there phone recording that hangs up while waiting and get people that aren't rude and leave you on hold for long periods of time

I'm really kind of fed up with this business. I was on hold for a grand total of 48 minutes today, only to be told by a recording that "there is no one available to answer your call" or some nonsense like that. When I called back, I got a recording giving the business hours - and closing time was still 90 minutes away! My problem all stemmed from being shorted an item in an order that I had waited WEEKS for. I spend a lot of money on my restoration project. I'm beginning to think that these people don't want my business.

My only complaint is that I am on hold with that awful recording telling me how important my call is for approximately 10 minutes. This is a usual hold time for me and I am calling from a business. They need a quicker response time.
