I have only been here once. Will never go back! Bought a crockpot for my daughters first house. She didn't use it until a month later. When she did she found out it shuts itself off randomly. Ruined an expensive roast. Unfortunately I hadn't kept my receipt that long. Went to exchange it in hopes they would have some humanity at the situation and was told they don't sell that crockpot and it was the wrong lid!!! I explained that's how we bought it and it still even had the sticker! So they sold us a crockpot with the wrong lid and didn't have it in there hearts to exchange:( oh well 30$ down the drain but to know I should never buy anything there!
