I am utterly disappointed with the service I've received regarding a two-month old claim. It was initially handled by Scott the adjuster who, it turns out, was fired over a month ago. Unfortunately, the salesperson was not able to help me and I feel the classic "run-around" been in progress. I have made many attempts but to no avail. I will reconsider my future relationship with Flooring America. As of this date, I am still waiting for the latest agent, Kelly, to respond. Thank you.
