I've never written a review in my life online, but this store smells horrible! There is SO MUCH room deodorizer used in this store, that anyone with any sensitivity to fragrances should not enter. (My last trip in was around the middle of March). Clothing Mentor should leave the front door open if they want to "air out" the odors. But in reality, if the clothing they were selling were "like new", there should not be body odor in the clothes to begin with!

In addition, it's rude for their employees to go through the clothing people bring in to sell...so that any customers can overhear their comments. I was looking through the dresses in the front of the store, and could overhear everything the employees said about another woman's clothing she had brought in to sell. Take your demeaning critiques to the employees only area!!! SO RUDE!!!

VERY RUDE!!! DO NOT TRY TO SELL TO THEM! The lady was very rude. I had a container of clothes and she asked me if I knew what they bought and of course I wanted to say "I thought you bought clothes, duh!" but I told her no...she proceeded to go through my container and said that they will NOT buy anything that is over 1-1 1/2 years old and my stuff was too old for them to buy, however, she did buy a skirt that was ugly and very worn down... I wanted to tell her that the skirt was from 2004. She wouldn't buy my North Face Denali jacket but she would take a skirt that was 8 years old??? Go figure! She said that she wouldn't be able to sell the North Face...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! So this lady is the one who decides what styles they sell in their stores??I saw what she was wearing and what the rest of the staff was wearing and none of them were stylish. I don't know who this lady thinks their clientele is but she isn't buying the right clothes for 30-something year old women. I put the North Face on craigslist and sold it for $50!! Her loss!
