Our restaurant features Executive Chef Barth who has worked as the Executive Chef at the Chefs De France restaurant at the French Pavilion in Epcot, Walt Disney World for 13 years working with world famous Chef Paul Bocuse.Prior to joining the Black Hammock Restaurant, Chef Barth served as a Chef Instructor, Lead Chef Instructor, and Culinary Department Chair for the very prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Orlando for over 11 years.
