They have the best staff and treat my family great the work they do there is only the best and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Let's be real: going to the dentist isn't fun when you need work done. It can be uncomfortable and painful and take a fair amount of time out of the day. That being said, when an office goes above and beyond to make the experience as painless, even pleasant, as possible, it's greatly appreciated. My dentist, Dr. Thomas, is a self-proclaimed perfectionist (isn't that what you want in a dentist?) with excellent craftsmanship and technique. Donna, the lead dental assistant, has unrivaled interpersonal and professional skills. Toni and Bobbi in the front office (along with the rest of the office staff), have gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule (I teach in Rockledge but live near BND Palm Bay) and helped me finance my procedures. I'm never left waiting, everything is immaculate, and they staff truly care. I urge you to consider their location.

I would rate this facility at six stars if I could! Dr. Galligan is the most gentle, compassionate, and competent dentist I have ever had. The staff is awesome, especially Karyn Weiss, a very caring and high energy dental assistant. Thanks for what you do!

Do NOT pay the co-pay! I have been there twice and have been overcharged both times! The first time was paid on a credit card and when the overcharge was noticed I did not have the credit card anymore--Bright now issued me a refund check and when I took it to Bank of America there was a $10.00 fee to cash it. Now the 2nd time I paid in cash $14.00 (I have the reciept) I discovered I was overcharged when my EOB was sent to me from the insurance company. I went back to the office to get a refund and tehy told me they don't do CASH refunds...EVEN THOUGH I PAID CASH!!!! They told me teh corporate office would have to issue me another check, which means another $10.00 missing from what I paid. The receptionist lied to me and told me the corporate office was closed at 4:30 so I asked her for the number, instead of giving me the number she said I will try and see if anyone is there. OF COURSE THEY WERE THERE and the lady I spoke with Patty was her name said they are not allowed to give cash refunds, but they sure are allowed to take cash! This place sucks-- STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS THE DENTIST IS FRIENDLY BUT THEY SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
