PROS -Dog friendly for a monthly $40 pet fee -Very friendly and kind maintenance guy -Gated parking CONS -Occasional loud noise level at late nights due to college students in the building -Occasional smell of "substances" in building premises -Dirty air conditioning vents that emits dust smell into unit -Shady and dishonest apartment manager that seems super friendly and kind -Limited internet companies available that only offer slow speeds -Random leaks from parking garage on to cars -Expensive daily permits required to park on streets during the day and at night for guests -Old appliances in units that always needed repairing -Constant barking from loud dogs from the neighboring building -Constant smell of poo for one side of the building if you're unlucky enough to get a unit facing the neighboring building -You probably won't get much or any of your deposit back regardless of the "cleaning allowance" and regardless of how clean you kept the unit
