Their service technicians are organized, tidy and always professional. I've been using them for a few months now and they've been life savers. They do great interior and exterior pest work. They always work with me and my hectic schedule when it comes to making appointments. Highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the results after I called these guys to come take care of some ants. They seemed to mostly be in my kitchen but the technician found another area in my laundry room where they were getting inside. He was very friendly and knowledgeable which was comforting for me. So far the ants have practically disappeared and they'll be out again in a week to see if more treatments are required. Very happy with these guys and highly recommend them.

Let me just start this review by saying I absolutely HATE mice. And rats. I have always found them to be extremely disgusting with their beady eyes, gross tails and the fact that they carry so many diseases...need I say more? You can imagine the horror I felt when I spotted a mouse darting across my kitchen counter and freaking out for about 20 minutes. I did a quick online search for Pasadena exterminators and gave Quality A Plus Pest Control a call. While I feel that I was yelling about mice their customer service was excellent and they rep was very understanding. They sent someone over right away to consult with us about the process, what causes them and how to prevent them. Their methods were very effective because I have not seen a mouse since and it has been almost 2 months since they were out here.
