I ordered from Napoli restaurante as I have done four times prior as I am handicapped and dont go out often. I recieved my order and it was not right (burned bread and missing canoli). The manager was very rude and stated to myself and a representative of Grub Hub that the problems were my fault and refused to fix them. I do not know how they have any customers if this is the way they treat people. I for one intend to let as many people as I can know about the poor customer service I recieved.

We can't wait to go back: Everything about this place is fantastic. The ambience is superb. It's romantic and the service and food is phenominal.

You have your usual fancy shmancy italian places, and then you have a refreshingly different family owned and operated retaurants like NAPOLI !!!!.

Highly recommend it.
