Called this store to get the replacement belt on my Panasonic Vacuum and they had just what I needed and the person I dealt with actually knew what he was talking about and also knew all about the stuff they sell there where in many places they are just a warm body to take money if you found what you needed on your own! I was impressed and will be using these folks again. Basically just good ole fashioned customer service.. Thanks.
