After using this cleaners for three years for ALL my husbands clothes with no problems, they shrunk two pairs of my husbands pants and one shirt. When I took them back the young lady behind the counter immediately got defensive and rude then told me and my husband the owner wouldn't do anything about it. And even went on to tell me it was impossible for them to shrink them. Never even got the chance to speak to owner. Don't use these cleaners. Sometimes things wrong. But its all in how you handle it.

Lost an item then said I didn't pay for it when I did. I was highly upset when they finally did find the item, the owner blamed me! Horrible way to deal with customers!
