Very friendly and accommodating! Showed me where my cat would be and told me i was welcomed to check on her! I love the fact that there were no other animals or loud barking to scare her (she use to come in from her old grooming shop and hide under my bed, for half the day)! She was returned to me absolutely BEAUTIFUL and can i mention....she wasnt petrified or trembling, what a relief! They come to you ....NO WORRYING that she was left next to a Rottweiler to be looked at as an appettetizer, while she waits my arrival! So this is the WAY to go!!!!!! I LOVE IT!
