Don't trust a company that cold calls you when you are on the Do Not Call Registry and when you ask them about it they quickly hang up knowing they are up to no good! By reading some of the reviews about these guys, I can tell they are less than upstanding business folk in their sales practices as well. My suggestion, steer clear and find a reputable business, oh, say one that observes the laws!

not so good, long time customer. 4PM appointment, no show, called in at 5PM and was told tech was here at 4 and rang bell-not true. then another tech showed up at 6:45 and did less than a decent job. carpet not clean as i weite this

Adobe Carpet Cleaning had been calling AT LEAST once a week for months, and since their rate was much more reasonable (about half) than Stanley Steamer, Coit etc,. I decided to give them a chance. Well, you get what you pay for. I was told on the phone that the carpet tech would use a high powered vaccum before cleaning the carpet, would move all light-weight furniture, and would have the equipment necessary to clean the stairs. The vacumming did not occur, the night stands and blanket chest were NOT moved, and the tech cleaned the stairs with a sponge and towel. I swear...it's the truth. The only positive thing from the whole thing is that I haven't received a call from Adobe since they were here 3 weeks ago.

This company went far beyond the call of duty and exceeded even my expectations once again. have had them out three times now and each time they did a great job! It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and the service is excellent! Thank you, I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again, Lynn

My neighbor had Adobe out and she liked them very much. When I needed some cleaning done she recommended them to me. I scheduled an appt, they came, they cleaned. And under my watchful eye, I'm sure it was a little uneasy for them (haha),

can't help it, I'm a control freak! Anyway,

they performed beyond my expectations.

Adobe has been calling me about every 6 months for a while. I wasn't ready until this past July 08 to have my carpet and air ducts cleaned. They quoted me a price over the phone for both, and set an appointment. They arrived on time and the crew did a fine job. I was surprised that a woman was part of the duo, but pleasantly so, she outperformed

my expectations. In fact, she was instructing the accompanying gentleman on what to do! She obviously knew her

stuff and my wife was loving every minute of it. Now, when remembering their visit, my wife instructs me on what to do, which one thing is writing this review. We were quoted $300 for the cleaning, but ended up taking the teflon for the carpet too. So we put out about $675 in all, an amount a little pricey but well spent for the quality of their service and professionalism. I would recommend their service and my wife, pickey as she is, would have them back again for cleaning in the future. Thanks again to Adobe Carpet Cleaning, .........I think. Yes, dear!
