My groomer was a few minutes early and spent time getting to know my 14 year old girl.The work was wonderful and my girl was happy and so were we. Couldnt be happier

I had a troubling time with my groomer. She cut all my dogs hair off. I have a Westie and asked for a Westie cut. She said that it kept getting shorter and shorter. His face cut is even messed up. Worst of all she nicked his sanitary. It got red and infected. We took him to the Vet. We bought ointment and an E-Collar. My dog is so sad now. He's in a lot of pain. I think the groomer needs more training and that they need to reimburse me.I'm going back to PetSmart. They do the job right.
