Was quoted one price on the phone after providing a detailed description of the rug. Price almost doubled without warning when it came time to pay. Would never do business with again.

I first used North Side carpet cleaning when a large Oriental rug I owned was used as a bathroom by a cat. I took that rug to several cleaners in the city and no one could remove the smell. A friend suggested north Side carpet so I gave them a try. It took them 3 attempts (at no extra charge) to clean it and they refused to give up until it came clean. I have used them ever since to clean all of our Orientals and I tell everyone I know to use them. They are kind of out of the way on the North side but well worth tracking down; they are the best I have found in the city.
