I used Parker Seal Coating to seal coat my residential driveway. What I really like is that they manually applied the seal coating using brushes rather than spraying the seal coat on the driveway. They were very easy to work with and priced competitively. My driveway looks great!

I typically do not even remember the names of the vendors who've performed site work on most properties the prior year. From the apshalt patching, install of ballards, curb replacement and concrete slab pour; your work was the tighest, neatest, most flawlessly done work I've seen in along time. With no supervision from me, which I've never allowed before and was forced to do last week with larger problems looming, I was concerned. That is nice looking work in every respect. This company did amazing work on my driveway. 2 coats of sealant and my driver went from old and worn to looking like a brand new paved driveway! I hired this company to do so work on a my 2 parking lots. They did asphalt repair, crack filling, seal coating. The owner came out we went over the lot, he gave a good price. I signed with them because they had good references, professional & communicated with me. the weather was an issue from all the rain lately. However they stayed in touch with me an did the job when the weather was permitting. I will use them again. They are a legitimate business. I highly recommend them.

This company has great customer service, I called & someone actually answered the phone. I was able to have my estimate in 24 hours. The owner came out, looked at my property, went over my options & was honest. I received a bid back that evening by email that was very neat & detailed. The crew showed up to do the work in a professional manner & the owner was even on the job site. I would recommend them for any seal coating or asphalt maintenance that is needed.
