I met Fred today, I called him today, and he arrived today at the agreed time. That in itself was a great start! I called several other "business-man" and their responce was...can see you on Monday (5 days) from today! Imagine a kitchen with no water for 5 days! Well, Fred arrived, confirmed my reported problem and fixed it! All within an hour, and professionally done, too! Cost for service was also the best! A fair price for the service.
