      Beware - they will keep your entire deposit. My mom lived here 3 months and left for medical reasons. She received $46 dollars out of $1,000 in deposits and had to pay for electricity 2 months after she left, apparently you're responsible until your lease is "over" even if you have already left. They do have excellent maintenance staff.
