      I've had my older model Lexus repaired several at Sam's several times. They always do great work and are honest also never overcharge. Sam always tells me what's wrong with my car and gives me which options I can take to get my car repaired without wasting time and money. Sam and his mechanics are real professionals and know what it takes to get your car repaired the correct way.

      Hi everyone!! I was doing some suspension work on my car . They replaced my Sway bar and Strut Mounts. Everything went good with Sway bar , no questions. But I am still wondering why after replacing my Strut Mounts I still hear that noisy squeaking sound in a cold weather.(Control Arm Mounts,bushings,ball joints,struts were replaced before). I don't hear ,feel differences before and after. Also they didn't show me the old parts.So it's your choice to come here or not. Overall it's good.

      This is a perfect example of someone who read solutions online and ask repair shops to change parts in hope of having the problems solved. the concerns should be addressed and diagnosed first to find out the real fault. customer have asked to replace certain parts on his vehicle, and we did. We didn't do any diagnosis, only following orders. So, how can we be liable when the outcome of his expectations were different.
