I took my Westie here for his first two groomings. On the second, upon picking him up, I was told that he didn't like his tail touched and because of that, he quote, "nearly hung himself." He has no problem having his tail touched, and I think he was left unattended on the table. After this horrible experience a neighbor told me that she walked in to get her dog and the owner was grabbing the small dog by the face and saying mean things to it. No kidding. I will NEVER go there again, and my dog has had a huge phobia about the grooming table since then.
