These two women deserve 10 stars. They went above and beyond to help me get my tags prior to their expiration. I'm from out of state and getting insurance took longer than I anticipated. After dealing with another tag agency that was moving quite slow and not responding to calls, I called Broward Auto Tag on Atlantic and Samantha immediately picked up the phone. She was polite, helpful, willing to do what needed to be done right away to help me get my tags. I was so relieved. She immediately digitally faxed my lien holder and copied me in so I knew exactly what was going on. She followed up with me, always answered my questions. In the end, my license and tags came in time, and Samantha and her sister stayed open late just so I could pick them up before I left for the Keys the next morning. I was amazed at their efficient and incredibly thoughtful service. It's a family business and it shows. They were wonderful! Don't waste your time at any other Broward tag agency.
