Unfortunately I find myself in a position where I have no alternative but to write to to explain in detail problems my mother has encountered with this practice.

My mother came to your practice as a new patient with an toothache. After an assessment of her teeth was carried out it was concluded that an new filling was required for her tooth.

During the procedure my mother noticed suddenly that her two upper teeth on the right became painful.

Immediately upon leaving my mother noticed that her teeth that had become pained looked different. When she returned to the office, my mother was told her teeth chipped because of her old age. Keep in mind this came from Dr. Roth the main dentist. No one in the office offered an solution, instead my mother was insulted and talked down to. Before starting this procedure, the dentist did not inform my mother of any risks.

My mothers chipped teeth is because of negligence on Dr. Bunassar part. Rather than showing genuine concern this practice was rude. They do not care about clients. We would appreciate an solution to this problem cause by this practice instead of being told that my mothers tooth chipped because of old age although it happened during an procedure performed at the office.

I would like all to know that this office has dentists that negligent and are performing procedures below standard of care and we feel obligated to protect the public from them. This has been an very disappointing and disheartening experience for my mother.
