I cannot express how upset I am with this facility. I recently picked my dog up from boarding at 4 Paws after a number of days. She was filthy and limping. When I asked how my dog was injured I was told they they did not know. They said she went outside and came back inside limping. They were very unkind and said that I can't recover any of my boarding cost or vet bills because I signed a waiver. I was also told, "Dogs injure themselves all the time. It could have happened anywhere." I am appalled by their insensitivity and I will NEVER take my dog there again.

My dog loves going to 4paws. he gets great exercise & playtime. i also use 4paws for boarding & i never worry! the staff is very friendly & the prices are excellent. i dont have one bad thing to say.
