Dow Columbia is the best at what they do -- efficient, intelligent, fairly priced. They provided my family with outstanding service, and they completely solved our disgusting problem. unfortunately, this subject is a painful reality in my life. a broken pipe ended up contaminating my entire house and it's contents. this ad doesn't tell me enough- like most I ran across during the worst of the nightmare. ###what I really appreciated, though- the link to the website. the problem I ran into was having to leave my home, and trying to find help in a motel without internet- not so helpful. I did call this company at the time- could not use them, because no one was available to help me. that seemed to be the same "industry wide" - with mold companies.
