I had designer purse i needed cleaned it was hand washable but i wanted to make sure it was done right so i took it here. when i came back a week later to pick it up they had messed up and the green die from the leather detailing had bled into the fabric and the leather was bleached. i pointed this out and the lady sid she will fix it and to come back in another week. when i came back the second time they had gotten most of the green die out of the fabric but the leather was still bleached. i pointed it out to her again and she simply said yes yes. when i told her its not okay that she damaged my $200 purse she said oh well come back in a week i will try. i told her i had already given her a week and i just wanted her to refund my payment and compensate me for the purse, she refused and ended up freaking out and insulting me in front of my five year old daughter then proceeded to follow me out to me car and continued to insult me through my car window. i will be suing them. don't go there!
